So ....it has been quite a while since my last entry. The holidays really did me in. I also managed to help my mom relocate to a new state. I feel like an orphan. I haven't lived that far from my mom in quite a while. I have not been one to accept change, yet I am one to just go with the flow.(If that makes any sense) My mom is quite a pack rat for lack of a better description. She has built up quite a bit of "stuff" since we moved into our house 15 years ago. So as you can see moving her was not the easiest of tasks. My mom rented a truck and I followed in her car as we hit the open road. We began the 20 hour long journey in Houston, Tx. The destination was Albuquerque, New Mexico. The trip there was interesting. I practiced my car singing and the ability to sleep with my eyes open. We drove straight through with no stops other than for gas and to walk my moms chihuahua Frankie. I took some time off from work and was already on holiday for school. I was only planning to be gone for a few days minus the drive there and back. Turns out the snow had other plans and I was stuck in ALB a little longer than expected. It was a great trip and I miss my mom terribly. Anyways I will be blogging more often. I did have this blog saved for a while but haven't posted. I wasn't going to post it but I decided to anyway. Thanks for reading.
